These are various projects and resources I worked on during my time at the University of Michigan ITS Department. As a Technology Consultant, I was tasked with helping university students, staff, researchers, and community members troubleshoot miscellaneous tech issues across the university ecosystem. Each day, I worked with new software and different types of machines. This position sharpened my problem-solving, research, and communication skills.

I worked with ITS for about 4 years during undergrad and over 2 years in graduate school. Michigan ITS serves over 44,000 students and staff members. I worked regularly with TeamDynamix ITSM, Amazon Connect, Points of Sale (POS), and Identity Management (IAM).
