GEKOT Market Research

For this consulting project, our team was tasked with conducting market research, developing a business plan, and creating a go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on e-scooter safety and sustainability. GEKOT Robotics was looking for ways to grow their reach and our solution was to spread into the college e-scooter market.

We presented this report and received $9,000 in funding to continue the project and fund interns throughout the summer. We had several presentations to various stakeholders and iterated on the product strategy regularly based on feedback.
